A:An 11+ Mock test is of the general 11 plus standard and it is carried out in a simulated test environment

A:This allows children who may be about to sit an 11 plus test at any selective school the experience of sitting a test under exam conditions, thereby boosting their confidence.

A:Children who will be moving to secondary school in the September following their eleventh birthday. The tests are only suitable for those who will turn eleven between the 1st September of the current year and the 31st August of the following year.

A:  Your child will need to bring the following items for their  test:

      Two HB or 2B pencils

      A pen

      An eraser

      A ruler

Please note that calculators will NOT be allowed. Paper for rough work will be supplied

 

A:The tests take place on some Saturdays, during school holidays and half-term breaks. They usually run from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

A:The test results will be sent out in the post 7 to 14 working days after each test has been taken. Scores for each paper will be calculated as a percentage and as a standardised score. The standardised score gives an indication of performance in relation to age and the performance of other children. The results will also show an overall standardised score for each  child in Maths, Verbal Reasoning and Non-verbal reasoning.
A:No. The mock test does NOT guarantee that your child will achieve a place at any selective school. It does give them the opportunity to take the test under proper exam conditions and gives them the valuable experience of taking these tests..

A:The venue for most of the tests will be in South London although it may be necessary to use other venues at times depending on the number of candidates.

A:If your child is not able to attend a test due to sickness, we will make every effort to allocate them the next test date, otherwise you will be given a full refund.
A: At the moment Apple iPad cannot render the test files so you will have to access the tests using a laptop or desktop computer.

A: At the moment you can access the tests using the iPhone.
